• Operations Management
o Responsible for the efficient operation of the Pampanga operations
o Oversee the operations of MNC warehouse personnel and third party providers (Haulers, Forklift operators, Maintenance/Janitorial)
o Evaluate and report on third party performance to management.
o Manage space requirements based on forecast demand.
o Maintain daily balanced inventory
o Operate warehouse in accordance to company policy and good warehouse practice
• Cost Management
o Control warehousing and operations costs to achieve vision of being a least cost provider
• System Development
o Constantly evaluate existing operations vs. future needs and prepare accordingly
