Would like to see the notes and assessments during the screening process of Ken Silvestre. I intend to have a discussion with him to verify if he is fit for his current role, to have an understanding of his goals during the interview against what I am seeing in him and to see if there is any way that I can motivate him.To give you a gist, I am practically spoon feeding him and doing most of his day to day job. It renders me inefficient with the functions I am supposed to work considering that I am also adjusting to this set up.Hoping to get the details by noon tomorrow so I will know better how to manage him.

· Reporting to the Regional Director you will have responsibility to support the vision and strategic direction for the procurement function while leading the development and implementation of procurement strategies for assigned commodities with significant annual spend.
· The incumbent will be required to build and enhance relationships with clients, suppliers and other key business partners; establish and deliver short and long-term business plans; help instill individual and team accountabilities and leverage over-all procurement spend to obtain best pricing and on time delivery with suppliers.
· Degree qualified and with credible procurement experience, preferably within services, should possess excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
