Facilities Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing multiple facets of several on-going, highly-visible site build-out projects simultaneously
- Gather, evaluate and analyze data; monitor trends; prepare reports, and present recommendations working individually or within team
- Provide support to management team to support achievement of Company and Client goals
- Create, maintain, and deliver management reports to include current project status, forecasted vs. actual expenses and cost-benefit analysis of new initiatives
- Managing of various vendors and suppliers
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
- Strong Facilities Management experience
- Strong project management skill, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to work independently and successfully within a cross-functional team
- Highly knowledgeable in project management for site build-outs
- Must be proficient in MS Project
- At least 4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
